KWR acted as outside counsel to myneva Group in the acquisition of all shares in MOCCA Software GmbH. The latter company originated in the Klagenfurt-based company ILOGS; its product MOCCA ONE made it the market leader in software for mobile care. It offers an integrated software solution for the social and health-care sectors, in particular in mobile/ambulatory home care nursing and 24-hour care. Thus, myneva is now not only the Austrian market leader in in-patient nursing and care software but also takes the lead in mobile care software.
The transaction team of KWR was headed by partners Thomas Haberer and Gerold Wietrzyk (both Corporate).
