Stefanie Präauer specialises in corporate, commercial and company law. She completed her law degree at the University of Innsbruck were she was named to the Dean's List of the Faculty of Law. She also completed a Bachelor's degree at the Management Center Innsbruck and a semester abroad at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Prior to joining KWR, she worked as a senior consultant in a renowned marketing agency. Stefanie Präauer completed the KWR Summer Associate Programme 2016 and an internship at a renowned business law firm in New York City (USA) in 2016/17. She then joined KWR as a research associate in 2017 and started as an associate in 2018. Stefanie Präauer then joined the M&A team of another renowned business law firm in 2020 before absolving her bar exam and returning to KWR in 2021.
