Vinzenz Waldhof promoted to Partner at KWR

Dr. Vinzenz Waldhof (33) has been appointed Partner in the Construction & Real Estate Team at KWR.

Dr. Vinzenz Waldhof (33) has been appointed Partner in the Construction & Real Estate Team at KWR. He has already been working on the team of Georg Karasek, Clemens Berlakovits and Jan Philipp Schifko at KWR since 2016.

Vinzenz Waldhof’s special expertise is in construction and real estate law. His main areas of work include project-related advice, handling real estate transactions, drafting contracts and conducting court proceedings. Vinzenz Waldhof's core advisory services also cover advice on succession planning and asset succession. His clients include construction companies, consultants, private and institutional owners/developers and family offices.

With Vinzenz Waldhof's appointment as a partner, two of KWR's core areas of expertise will be further expanded in order to continue to meet the constantly growing demand.

About the Partner:    

Vinzenz Waldhof has been with KWR since 2016, joining the Construction & Real Estate Team as a lawyer and junior partner in the summer of 2020.

Vinzenz Waldhof graduated from the University of Vienna, obtaining his doctoral degree in law in 2017. In 2018, Vinzenz Waldhof passed the bar exam at the Vienna Higher Regional Court with distinction. Before becoming an attorney-at-law, Vinzenz Waldhof worked for Dr. Stephen Harnik, the Austrian Republic's lawyer of trust, in New York (2013). Further stays abroad in his professional life took him to Moscow (2012) and London (2010).
