In the autumn of 2024, five lawyers have been appointed Counsel at KWR. KWR is thus successfully continuing its growth trajectory. We are delighted to introduce the five lawyers promoted to Counsel:
Sarina Illo Ortnerhas been part of the KWR Energy Team since 2014; she currently specialises in public commercial law, primarily focusing regulatory law and public construction law. She became an attorney-at-law in 2018 and has been advising well-known companies in matters of public commercial law, primarily representing them in administrative proceedings.
Dr Andreas Herrmannhas also been working for KWR since 2014 and was admitted to the bar in 2018. He specialises in construction law and real estate law, also advising national and international real estate investment funds.
Dr Julian Thomas Ringhas been a member of KWR's Construction and Real Estate Law Team since 2018, supporting the team as an attorney-at-law in 2021. His focus is on construction contract law as well as tenancy and housing law.
Mats Schröder, LL.M.has worked with KWR since 2012 and was admitted to the bar in 2018. He specialises in public procurement law and is particularly active in extensive procurement procedures in the upper threshold and sub-threshold ranges for public clients.
Nicolas O. Zenz, LL.M., BSchas been supporting the KWR Energy Team since 2019 and was admitted to the bar in 2020. His main areas of expertise are dispute resolution before state courts, arbitration tribunals and in representative actions as well as advisory services in the field of (renewable) energy.
