Having been on the KWR real estate team since 2021, Caroline Martina Lessky (30) moved up to attorney-at-law and junior partner on that team in December 2022.
Caroline Lessky specialises in real estate law, advising and representing numerous well-known clients from the real estate industry in Austria and abroad. Her expertise includes structuring, supporting, drafting and negotiating contracts governing complex and large-volume real estate transactions (real estate M&A) with a focus on all legal aspects involved in such deals.
Caroline Lessky's appointment as a junior partner in real estate law adds to one of KWR's core areas of expertise in order to continue meeting ever-growing demand.
"I am personally very pleased that Caroline Lessky is now an attorney-at-law and junior partner with KWR. It is part of our successful strategy to give our lawyers an opportunity to continue working with us as junior partners and to advance to partner level. With Caroline Lessky, we are gaining an expert in real estate M&A so we can carry on developing and reinforcing our strong real estate practice, thus continuing to write KWR's success story," said KWR partner Jan Philipp Schifko (Construction and Real Estate Law).
